INTRODUCTION TO ICA(S) MAIL FORUM

• The ICA(S) Mail Forum is open to existing ICA(S) members.
• The ICA(S) Mail Forum is a moderated email forum group. As such, all emails to the mail forum are first screened by our association assigned moderator. All emails are screened based on relevance and compatibility to the purpose of the forum.
  

ICA(S) MAIL FORUM SUBSCRIPTION

You may subscribe to the ICA(S) Mail Forum simply by filling up the form below. Once your subscription is approved, you will start receiving emails on the ICA(S) discussion topics.

POSTING A MESSAGE

To post a message to the ICA(S) Mail Forum, simply send an email to: icas_forum{at}icas.org.sg. Your email will be reviewed by our moderator. Please abide to the following rules before you post any messages:

1. All messages must contain a signature block at the end of the message in the following format:
Name:
Title:
Company:
Phone:
Email Address:

2. Do not send any attachments with the messages. However, you may provide URLs within your mail for group members to access any files or documents.


REPLYING TO A THREAD

All new messages, once approved by our moderator, will form a new discussion thread. To reply to a message, simply hit the reply button in your mail client, and reply to icas_forum{at}icas.org.sg. Your message will automatically be posted as a follow-up to the discussion thread. All message posting rules apply.


UPDATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

To update your membership details, send an email to icas_forumAdmin{at}icas.org.sg using your subscribed email account with the Subject line: Change Membership Details. Provide your new membership details in the in the following format:

UNSUBSCRIBING TO THE MAIL FORUM

To unsubscribe, simply send an email to icas_forumAdmin{at}icas.org.sg using your subscribed email account with the Subject line: UNSUBSCRIBE.

SUSPENDING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Should you wish to suspend your subscription while you are away to stop receiving mails, simply send an email to icas_forumAdmin{at}icas.org.sg using your subscribed email account with the Subject line: SUSPEND.

ACTIVATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

To re-activate your subscription from suspension, simply send an email to icas_forumAdmin{at}icas.org.sg using your subscribed email account with the Subject line: ACTIVATE.
